Our Utah’s Best Heroes is a private program from us the Utah Best Real Estate Team and our affiliates. Our team is dedicated to providing extra savings to heroes who provide extraordinary services to our community each and every day, when they buy or sell a home.

What are the savings?

The Utah’s Best Heroes program was designed by the Utah Best Real Estate Team and local Realtors & Affiliates who want to give back to those Active Duty Military or Vets when buying or selling a home. You can receive (up to) $1000.00 through credits & discounts on your CD at time of settlement.

Is there applications, forms or future obligation?

None, No hidden fees, No catch!! We understand that buying or selling real estate is one of the largest and most complex financial and emotional decisions of one’s life. Yes in any of these Utah Counties: Davis, Weber, SLC, Box Elder, Cache, Utah, Morgan, Summit. This is not a government program with limitations or restrictions. This is the private sector giving back simply as our way to say Thank You for all that you do every day.
