What is the Utah’s Best Teacher Program?

 Anyone employed in the Education Industry is eligible to sign up for this program. Utah’s Best Heroes offers reduced lender costs, reduced real estate agent fees and a donation to the school of your choice. Utah’s Best Heroes is a private program from the Utah Best Real Estate Team and our participating affiliates. We believe giving back to Educators who provide extraordinary services to our children & community every day.

What are the savings?

The Utah’s Best Teacher program was designed by the Utah Best Real Estate Team and local Realtors & Affiliates who want to give back to those in the Educational Industry when buying or selling a home. Not only can you receive (up to) $1000.00 credit on your CD at time of settlement and a local school or charity of your choice will receive a donation (up to) $200.

Is there applications, forms or future obligation?

None, No hidden fees, No catch!! We understand that buying or selling real estate is one of the largest and most complex financial and emotional decisions of one’s life. Can I buy or sell a home and in any area?

Yes in any of these Utah Counties: Davis, Weber, SLC, Box Elder, Cache, Utah, Morgan, Summit. This is not a government program with limitations or restrictions. This is the private sector giving back simply as our way to say Thank You for all that you do every day.
